Toys Ahoy Ltd is a fun toyshop by the sea, selling traditional and innovative toys and gifts for babies and children of all ages!

Fun, Creative, Educational Toys

We pride ourselves on the type of toys and gifts that parents and grandparents remember with fondness from their own childhood. We select our stock with care trying to reach as many interests as we can. Our toys are primarily fun and creative with an educational underpinning. We carefully pick and pack the toys, in order to deliver them to our customers efficiently.

Our Toy Shop in Hythe

Our online business is run from our toyshop! There is no warehouse or factory involved! We are situated metres away from the sea, in the quaint village of Hythe.

Let us introduce ourselves…

We jointly own and run the business together! Between the two of us we have five lovely but demanding children! We also have a wealth of experience behind us. I am a qualified primary school teacher and Jane is a qualified nursery nurse. We have both worked extensively with children for the last twenty years.

Most of our customers are in the UK, but we can send our toys anywhere in the world.

Wooden, Traditional Toys

We specialise in colourful, well-made toys, many of which are wooden and traditional. We are constantly looking out for new ideas to ensure that our range is always fresh. At Toys Ahoy we try our hardest to stock toys to suit all young children and all pockets! Our prices range from under £5 to over £50!

By and large we do not sell the kind of toy that can be bought in the big toy stores or are made by the big toy companies.  We aim to offer toys that are not found on every high street, making ideal presents for discerning customers.

As well as toys we stock a lovely range of items for Children's rooms, which are functional, decorative, fun and made locally to our shop!
